Referral Scheme |

Mindlogicx has
“Employee Referral Scheme” (ERS) by which an existing
employee can refer a suitable candidate for a new job or
which has fallen vacant. In the event of such a
reference maturing and the referee is recruited, a fixed
sum of payment is given to the staff who has referred,
subject to the terms of ERS, being implemented. |
