The club is a registered entity within the Mindlogicx framework. It is a multi-functional entity that takes care of the employee welfare. The vast spectrum of activities conducted by the club includes activities for the recreation and entertainment of employees as well as acts as a soft skills development center.

The activities indoor and outdoor sports as well as cultural events, screening of movies in the in-house digital theatre for the employees and also social responsibility programs like planting 200 saplings.

The club is run by elected office bearers.
