A corporate theme within Mindlogicx is a paradigm based on which all activities are aligned. |
|
In order to ensure sustainability of our mission of taking technology to the common man, we set up a corporate theme every year. At the end of each year, Mindlogicx conducts a contest for all employees for the most apt suggestions for the following year’s theme. Employees are encouraged to add value with innovative ideas and the best entry for the corporate theme is selected by the CEO himself for implementation. The winner receives a reward as well. The organizational goals are aligned with the theme of the year. |
