31 March, 2010: In order to promote and encourage next generation of leaders, Mindlogicx has launched Leadership Forum. This forum includes shining young leaders from Mindlogicx who have the real capacity to take on the challenges and assertive in getting the job done to the best of their teams' capabilities. This is an initiative by Mindlogicx to identify and celebrate the young leaders in the organization.

The forum was launched by Dy M.D. of Mindlogicx Mrs. Chitra Elangovan in a colorful ceremony organized to mark the conclusion of annual appraisal process. During the forum the first 10 members of Youngistan - The Leadership Form, were announced.
