www.jobready4u.com is an innovative Job Portal for the freshers coming out GradFirst, India's First Hybrid Finishing School from Mindlogicx stable. It stems from the concept of having a virtual placement cell for a hybrid finishing school. GradFirst, powered by world's first virtual Education Delivery engine "VEDAS" will be the first Finishing School to have a virtual placement cell. The students now can join the Finishing School, reskill or upskill themselves, interact and share resources among other students, collaborate with the user community, moderated ans guided by faculty, assess their skillsets and appear for final examinations - ALL THROUGH THE PROCESS VIRTUALLY !

Job Ready4U is a virtual placement cell for the students of GradFirst, the India’s First Hybrid Finishing School. There is a virtual placement officer in the virtual placement cell who will assist the students of GradFirst in getting employed. The prime objective of this portal is to promote the Industry – Institution interaction and bridge the gap of unemployment and under employment. The main objective of providing GradFirst and JobReady4U as an integrated solution to the final year graduate students is to enable them gain employment of their choice with our hand-holding. |

On one hand, JobReady4U increases the awareness on opportunities available in the industry and on the skill sets required to tap those opportunities. On the other hand, GradFirst prepares them to meet those challenges by scientifically training and equipping them to be “Job Ready”. In an intelligent move, both the objectives are met in a focused, efficient and effective manner using the technology platform VEDAS. |
