Suresh Elangovan is a graduate Engineer from College of Engineering, Guindy now known as Anna University, Chennai. He is currently the CEO & MD of Mindlogicx Infotech Limited, a Bangalore based IT Services Company specialized in virtual learning, e-governance and tele-education framework |

From an early age, he had been a leader. He was Union President at College of Engineering, Guindy during 1983-84 and then led many forums and committees of Universities and government sectors. He was the President of Anna University silver jubilee celebration committee and is the President of International Federation of Anna University Alumnus Association formed for the mutual benefits of the Alumni spread across the globe. He is hardworking, persistent, a positive mindset, is a avid reader and loves technology beyond all else. His current activities include advice on the academic issues of major Technical Universities in IT and Management learning and learning process automation etc. |

Suresh has devoted himself to promoting computer education and training in the country for the last two decades. Computer education has been an all-consuming passion for Suresh. He regards IT as a tool for massive social and economic transformation. During 1987 to 1996, he took computer education to rural masses by setting up IT training centers in major towns of the Tamilnadu by an innovative programme called COMPUTER AWARNESS PROGRAMME IN SCHOOLS – (CAPS). He also initiated many steps to implement IT applications in many private, quasi govt. and educational institutions / research centers. He also served as a consultant to Diocese of Madras – Mylapore and set up computer training centers in many schools under their umbrella during 1984 -87. |

He teaches and writes extensively in his areas of practice and is a member of several professional bodies. He is a strategist, research executive and policy advisor on information technology and competitive strategy. His focus is on globalization, open and innovative business models, collaboration, the changing workforce, and outsourcing and off shoring, productivity, transparency, corporate social responsibility, and national competitiveness. He has very strong interpersonal skills, cognitive skills and people management skills and is credited with many works in People communication, information systems and marketing research. |

He has vast knowledge in the business process and legal systems and practices areas of key concern to technology-based businesses, such as negotiation and preparation of patent licenses, software licenses, IT development/outsourcing agreements, network implementation agreements, co-development agreements, material transfer agreements, intellectual property transfers and research agreements. |

He carries with him more than two decades of professional experience in structuring and putting projects online in IT/Outsourcing, E-Commerce, Intellectual Property, IP Licensing, etc., and is recognized for excellence in business and intellectual property laws. |

Anna University had been conducting Tamilnadu Professional Courses Entrance Examination for aspiring students to enter into Engineering, Medicine, Veterinary, Vocational, etc from the year 1984 (except 1985). Over the years the University had made significant changes in bringing transparency in the conduct of the examinations. In the year 2002, the University geared-up to the true e-Governance initiative by introducing a unique concept where in the prospective applicant was able to file his / her application for the Professional Courses Entrance Examination in the state of Tamilnadu and receive the Hall-Ticket online instantaneously with the digital photography and digital signature. This was the first of its kind in India. In the whole exercise, he played vital role as a consultant and ensured its success. The process continued till 2006, when the state government abolished the entrance exams. |

| IT Education in Schools |
Anna University had initiated to establish a full fledged IT Training Centre in Schools. The University extended its expertise in setting up of a Computer lab if the school did not have one. The University coordinated between the third parties like Banks in obtaining loans to schools in setting up of such computer lab. These training centers setup at schools help them with its expertise in quality education and management. The concept also aimed at creating a unique revenue model for schools by offering IT education to general public after school hours. The courses were designed with basics computer applications and computer use as well as courses for teaching faculty on designing lessons incorporating technology. In the whole process he played a key role from conceptualizing to execution to perfection during 1999-2000. |

| EL CHITRA, Director & Chief Administrative Officer |
|
EL Chitra holds an MBA degree in Human Resource and has been involved in the operational matters of the organization from the beginning. She handles the Administration and Human Resources of the company with her unique style of taking things as and when they come. She also handles the Corporate Social Responsibility wing of the company aptly named the Lantern which handles projects like Rural Knowledge Networking. Chitra is credited with the design and development of the HR processes and is responsible for the company achieving ISO 9001:2000. She is the person behind all the people processes within the organization as well as initiatives like Mindlogicxians Club, Vivekananda Hall, Mindcafe, play area and the prestigious CEO club. |

All the major employee initiatives like unique benefit policies, the proposing and implementation of the employee handbook have been the result of Chitra’s direction. Regular interaction with the employees and feeling the pulse of the staff are her interests as she believes that regular interaction with the employees leads to positive HR policies which in turn lead to a healthy atmosphere. One of the many feathers in Chitra’s cap is the Green IT campaign that led to the planting of 200 saplings within the Mindlogicx campus and also the implementation of green policies within the organization. |

Govinda is responsible for the company's technology development and represents the company's interest as Director – R&D and Technology Development. A graduate of College of Engineering, Guindy, Anna University Chennai (Electrical & Electronics Engineering), Mr N.Govindrajan moved to Holland in 1989 to work for Bio Medical Research Labs as Consultant in a Dutch University. He has held Senior Technology / Consultancy Positions in various multinationals like Siemens, Drager, Criticare systems and other leading industries. He designed and developed Micro controller based and PC based automatic testing equipments during 1984 – 1988, which was widely used by Indian Railways. He holds more than 6 patents registered in US for systems in health care and 2 patents in High Bandwidth fiber optics Telecom and 2 patents in IP networks |

Murali Puttaparthi is a graduate engineer based in United States who has specialized into database management system. Murali also serves the San Diego Chapter of APICS – The Association for Operations Management as the VP propelling it strategically. Prior to this, he was with Oracle Corporation, CA, USA. He has done his Engineering from BMS College of Engineering, Bangalore in Computer Science. He steers the company's vision of taking technology to the common man, as a resource person responsible for the complete life cycle of product development and taking it to the market in US and European regions. |

Devdas is a graduate in law from SJRC college of law, Bangalore university and is a practising attorney in civil, company laws and international laws. He serves the board of Mindlogicx Infotech Limited as it Director – Legal services and advises the company for all its statutory, legal and international contracts. He is tech savvy man who is quite conversant with the technology and it’s application in e-commerce domains. He is in the academic counsel of Sri Ramakrishna Educational Trust Law college and is in the panel advocate for many central and state government agencies like Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd., Vijaya Bank, State Bank of Mysore, Karnataka Power Transmission Corporation Ltd., etc. |

Devdas is responsible for managing the virtual knowledge network. He is credited with handling complex corporate matters, international documentation and has vast knowledge in legal systems and procedures. He is in the board of many govt. and quasi government organizations and brings value to the business with his contacts. |

Mr Umesh is a Karnataka cadre IAS officer who has held many prestigious positions in various government agencies including being MD of Karnataka Agricultural development Corporation, Development commissioner of Belgaum and Chairman and Managing Director for Karnataka State Financial Corporation, Bangalore. Currently he serves the government of Karnataka as Commissioner of Industries and commerce. He has been credited with making the state financial corporation a highly profitable one and has initiated many innovative ideas to make the SFC a world class institution. Mr Rao is a senior member in the board and brings with him more than 40 years of professional experience to the board as an advisor and strategists while handling large government accounts. He is an Engineer by professional and has been a consultant to many large corporate in management and process areas. He is closely associated with many government agencies in Karnataka, Andhra and Goa and is involved in negotiating few large contracts with them. |

Mr. Devireddy is a certified technical program director with over 17 years of hands-on operations, project management, product marketing and pre-sales experience. He has extensive experience in managing business units and projects. He possesses strong domain knowledge and experience in the areas of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and implementations by being familiar with PeopleSoft, Oracle and Siebel application product suite and has worked for all the three software vendors. Devireddy has a proven record in driving and building application software products through vision, analysis, research and understanding competitive environment products. Experienced in creating winning proposals, pricing and positioning and sales strategies while working successfully with senior executives. |

Mr. Devireddy holds a Masters in Business Administration from University of Illinois. He is also a certified Project Management Professional. He holds other certifications in Siebel, PeopleSoft and Oracle Case Tools. |

Somasundaram is a lead software architect of Mindlogicx Infotech with more than 10 years of experience in Software Architecture and Engineering. He plays key role in leading the technical team for product development activities and leads the Software Engineering Process Group of the company. He holds a M.C.A degree in Software Engineering from Madurai Kamaraj University and B.Sc in physics from Bharathidasan University, TN, India with over a decade of experience in team-building and application development. In addition to his experience in consulting with entrepreneurial organizations on how to leverage technology, he has good working knowledge in quality systems like ISO 9001:2000, BS 7799 and CMMi. |

He has specialized into implementation of Client/Server, database and/or Internet-based systems using Visual Studio .NET suite. He has developed systems for tele-education, e-Governance, enterprise management, video conferencing, business intelligent and train disaster management system. His areas of expertise include C#, VB.NET, ADO.NET, GDI+, Windows Forms, Web Services and ASP.NET, SQL server and Oracle. Before moving over to the .NET platform, he had worked with Visual C++, MFC, Visual Basic and COM. He is an accomplished results-driven executive with extensive experience in enterprise systems architecture, data driven architecture, Service Oriented design and development, risk assessment, systems security, operations management, and rollout of new technologies. |

He joined the organization in a junior position and has reached the top layer by sheer hard work and commitment. He is a multi linguistic and can manage any kind operational matters deftly. He is credited with the emergence of a fool proof system that manages the whole infrastructure and operational concerns of this large enterprise by putting the system in place and maintaining it diligently. |

Srijith is a go getter and considered to be one among the promising stars of Mindlogicx Infotech Limited. Currently he is handling the entire VEDAS network operations as its Head. He also manages the operational matters of the company on day to day basis. He holds a commerce degree and is pursing an executive MBA. |

| ANUJA SINGH, Head – Knowledge Resource Center |

Anuja Singh is Head of the Knowledge Resource Center at Mindlogicx Infotech Ltd., a position she has held since December 2007. As Head of KRC, Anuja oversees the Knowledge Resource Group, the Research and Analysis wing, the Academic bench, the corporate portals and the Quality for the entire organization, including Quality Assurance, process management and compliance. |
|
Anuja also manages the in-house document repository system by conducting regular audit on various departmental functions and ensuring the process is maintained as per prescribed standards and processes. |
|
Quality is a passion for Anuja. It has been her goal from the start of her career to be able to make a difference to the organization that she joins through quality and adherence to process. Quality according to her is perfection. Robert Frost’s “Two roads diverged in a wood, and I took the one less traveled by, and that has made all the difference” is how she would express her moving through developing mainframe/java code to testing three tier architecture to project management of large projects and finally to Quality and Knowledge Management. |

Her job responsibilities include managing Knowledge Resource Centre (KRC) operations for Mindlogicx, responsible for providing Market Research and Business Intelligence based inputs for Virtual Education Delivery and Assessment System (VEDAS) platform and also manages the internal knowledge repository through the integrated document server known as MindDox. |

Training and development of the employees is another area of interest for Anuja. She conducts soft skills trainings for employees within the organization for building skill level of the employees. |

Before joining Mindlogicx Infotech, Anuja was working for Infosys Technologies Limited, Evolving Systems, NIIT Technologies where she had responsibility for software quality, design, development, testing and product R&D. |

He provides strategic analysis of company's business and supports the company's revenue generation efforts worldwide through deep analysis of internal and external research efforts. |

He holds double PG degrees in ME and MSc. and is a quite seasoned professional in knowledge management and delivery system.
