Founder, CEO and Managing Director, Mr. Suresh Elangovan is the force behind MindLogicx Infratec Ltd. An Engineering Graduate from College of Engineering, Guindy, Chennai is a core technologist and an evangelist for usage of intelligent technology in higher education space. He believes in seeing India as knowledge superpower by 2020 by knowledge empowerment using technology as the enabler.

He has this mission at the core of his venture MindLogicx and has single handedly steered the company that has emerged as an R&D focused Technology Company in higher education space and has become one of the flagship IT Companies in India that provides end to end solutions for this sector.

The company has deployed a gamut of unique and pioneering product suites based on world’s first integrated technology platform VEDAS architected by him. Some of his business ideas that have been commercialized include the conceptualization & development of the country’s first tele-education delivery system using VSAT technology, Virtual Learning framework, Integrated Examination Management System (EMS) besides setting up India’s first Hybrid Finishing School that empowers final year graduate students to become employable or “Job Ready”.

A strategist & innovator, he has spent most part of his professional career spanning over two decades in structuring large projects for educational institutions. This rich gamut of experience coupled with thought leadership and hands on project management of many large IT projects with multiple stake holders has added to the company’s domain expertise that aids custom built solutions for the industry now.

He has vast knowledge in business process and legal system and believes its practices are a key concern to technology based businesses such as negotiation and preparation of patent licenses, software licenses, IT development / Outsourcing agreements, network implementation agreements, co-development agreements, intellectual property transfers and research agreements.

An avid reader, a prolific writer, an inspirational speaker – he has put his multifaceted talents to champion the cause of technology and take technology to the common man. He has vastly written across trade journals, speaks at various industry forums and academic platforms on technology, business, leadership, self empowerment, and other motivational topics.

He draws inspirations from legendary visionaries like Dr. A P J Kalam, Narayan Murthy of Infosys for his own collaborative innovations and purposeful corporate social responsibilities initiatives.

He is member of many industry bodies including NASSCOM, CII, etc and has is a Member of CII National Committee on Higher Education.

EL Chitra holds an MBA degree in Human Resource and has been involved in the operational matters of the organization from the beginning. She handles the Administration and Human Resources with her unique style of taking things as and when they come. She also handles the Corporate Social Responsibility wing of the company aptly named the Lantern which handles projects like Rural Knowledge Networking. She is credited with the design and development of HR processes and is responsible for the company achieving ISO 9001:2008. She is the person behind the people processes within the organization as well as initiatives like Mindlogicxians Club, Vivekananda Hall, Mind Café, play area and the prestigious CEO Club.

All major employee initiatives like unique benefit policies, the proposing and implementation of the employee handbook have been the result of her direction. Regular interaction with the employees and feeling the pulse of the staff are her interests as she believes that regular interaction leads to positive HR policies which in turn lead to a healthy atmosphere. One of the many feathers in her cap is the Green IT campaign that led to the planting of 200 saplings within the Mindlogicx campus and also the implementation of green policies within the organization.

A hard core technologist, Pargat is a computer science graduate with technical qualification in Electronics and Radio Engineering.

His career span of 16 years is loaded with development and deployment of high performance cutting edge solutions which include Fraud detection, Disaster Management, Insurance, Banking and Telecom domains.  He has worked on a spectrum of new and innovative technologies and spent major part of his career working in US with Multinationals like AT&T, Worldcom and US Government Agencies.

A Product & Solutions architect, he is responsible for end to end IT related functions including Product Development, IT Strategy development and implementations, Integration of new system into the end-user environment, Compliances and Information Systems Security.

Customer focused and highly articulate with ideas he is set to contribute to the challenges of higher education sector as CTO Mindlogicx Infratec Ltd.

Raghav has been a sales force of the company since MindLogicx has had its product deployment. A known face among the academia, earlier he was a franchisee partner of NIIT in Bangalore under a project promoted by the Government of Karnataka.

Raghav drives this entrepreneurial zeal to his work even as he adds cross-functional experience including in depth business potential analyzing, conceptualizing and implementing strategies towards creating a successful organization and mission critical applications implementation across the countries.

His two decade experience includes stints at Technobrian Ltd, IT Solutions & Training Company in Uganda, East Africa Gajra Bevel Gears, L&T among others. Native to Bangalore, he is an Engineer and works with complete understanding of technology sales and marketing management across geographies in various industry verticals.

Praveen focused career graph in the education sector is an asset that has helped him deliver in a mission driven environment of the organization. With a decade of experience in acquiring and handling large projects in tele-education, e-learning and online training domains, he has worked for prestigious organizations of international repute.

As Head of Technology Services Delivery, Praveen develops product and services strategies and closely interacts with clients for feedback and enhancement of product portfolios. He is driving key initiatives in the company’s business and has contributed tremendously in the incremented business opportunities. He is also responsible for setting efficient systems and processes to deliver IT projects established by Mindlogicx and achieve higher customer satisfaction.

Praveen holds a B.Tech degree from R.E.C Warangal and a post graduate degree in Business Management from Institute of Chartered Financial Analyst of India.

AVP Corporate Cell is a culmination of years of diligent work at Mindlogicx for young and dynamic P S Srijith who has shared the vision of the company since its inception.

From a layered multi role in the organization, contributing across functions including HR, communications, business development, administrations and operations; he has been diligent in crafting service deliveries and effective implementation of corporate strategy while being a nodal point of coordination across stakeholders.

A go-getter with sound knowledge of regulatory processes, he is an invaluable resource in navigating the large project operations in the government sector. The cost effective deployment of Mindlogicx unique integrated technology platform VEDAS and the setting up of the impressive Techllano –company headquarters that houses its R&D facility too is credited to him.

A good motivator with adept people skills, he has a keen interest in people growth.

A MBA in International Management from University of East London, UK, Madhuri is a certified ISO 27001:2005 Lead Auditor and trained in Six Sigma Black Belt Methodology amongst others.  

Madhuri is set to drive all QMS design & delivery and meet all compliance processes as defined by the business. Her portfolio of activities span diverse functionalities like Risk management, Information Security, to knowledge repository building with thought leadership for MindLogicx, with a special emphasis on knowledge sharing with strategic partners.

She has earlier delivered on varied functions of Operations, Migrations & Transitions, Leadership & Management development and Audit & Compliance across industry verticals prior to joining MindLogicx.

A go getter, she enjoys reading, writing, travel and photography.

A programmer whose journey spread across delivering multiple portfolios on ERP development, vendor management, networking and grew to be the project lead, program manager and IT infrastructure head to begin his service here.  

A Master in Computer Science and an MBA specializing in Marketing, Rajesh brings expertise in providing solutions in optimizing IT operations and establishing processes enhancing information security. He plays key role in driving the efforts in the IT infrastructure space to provide user friendly solutions. Along with his team, Rajesh is geared up to deliver solutions 24/7 and add a cutting edge to the deliveries.

A techie at heart, Rajesh spends his spare time playing tennis and badminton and also has a keen ear to music.

Rajaram Sastry is a human capital leader armed with a management degree in human resources with over 15 years of proven software industry relevant experience in various Human Resources functions such as HR Strategy, Strategic Resourcing, Organizational Development and Change, Organizational Behavior, Managerial Counseling, and HR Ops Generalist. Besides being a strategic thinker striving to with an implementation capability to achieve business results, the DNA of Rajaram has been that of a visionary leader.  

Rajaram is an extremely passionate and seasoned HR professional having multi-disciplinary HR Functional Specialization and proven expertise in Strategic HR, Business HR, HR Consulting, strategic planning, and HR management. With strong HR Operational and Strategic business driven implementation skills, Rajaram is known for providing Industry intelligence to benchmark best practices and integrate HR mechanisms to achieve business results.

He is extremely well connected and recognized among the fraternity and is also a Life member of National Institute of Personnel Management and National HRD Network.

Lalit is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary with about 25 years experience in software development, IT enabled services, specialized engineering, manufacturing and commodity trading. He has been instrumental in setting up two STPI units in Bangalore & Hyderabad.  

Lalit’s strength has been Corporate Strategic & Business Planning. He has successfully managed Mergers & Acquisitions and has been involved in Corporate Tax planning, handling various Transfer Pricing issues. He has handled large Treasury operations and has in-depth and sound knowledge about financial accounting, procurement and commercial functions. He also likes to keep himself abreast about the latest statutory regulatory amendments and ensures strict compliance of the same.

A go-getter, motivator and a team player, Lalit’s ideology is to identify, encourage, mould and develop new leaders of the future and strongly believes that "Impossible is only impossible till you make it possible".

Prior to joining Mindlogicx, Lalit has been associated with Safran Group in India, Netkraft, Visesh Technology (Software & IT enabled Services), Bhoruka Aluminium (Manufacturig), Jayanti Group (Commodity Trading) and Thapar Chemex (Engineering Consultacy).

Besides being a big foodie, Lalit is very passionate about collecting watches and loves travelling to exotic and unexplored locations with his family and close friends.
