SURESH ELANGOVAN, Founder, CEO & MD
Mr. Suresh Elangovan is the Founder, CEO and MD of Mindlogicx Infotech Limited; a Bangalore based IT company specialized into providing products and solutions in Examination Automation, University e-governance and tele-education framework besides offering Hybrid Finishing School services to the final year students to make them "Job Ready".
He founded the company and has been its Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer from its inception and has steered the company to being one of the flagship IT Company in higher education segment that provides end to end solutions to universities and large educational institutions. He believes in putting things in the right perspective and accordingly has ensured employment to students from rural and semi urban areas.
Suresh holds a bachelors degree in Engineering and is hardworking, persistent, possesses a positive mindset, besides being an avid reader. He believes technology is the panacea for all social imbalances. According to him, it is knowledge that can pave the way for a knowledge based eco system by delivering knowledge to the needy, breaking all geographical boundaries. He believes that technology is an enabler for the creation of a knowledge society and would like to see India as a knowledge super power by 2020, a dream very close to his heart, which he believes will be realized by 2020. In line with this mission, Suresh founded Mindlogicx Infotech Limited a company that has a broader mission of taking technology to the common man by innovative products and solutions.
He has spent most part of more than two decades of his professional career in structuring large projects for educational institutions. Some of his business ideas that have been commercialized include the conceptualization & development of the country’s first tele-education delivery system using VSAT technology for country’s top educational institutions. Suresh is knowledgeable and experienced in managing large projects from thought to implementation and has executed many large IT projects over the years involving multiple stake holders.
Suresh is the architect of VEDAS, a technology suite that powers most of the IT services for large educational institutions and universities to automate their Virtual Learning framework, Integrated Examination Management System (EMS) besides setting up India’s first Hybrid Finishing School that empowers final year graduate students to become employable or "Job Ready". While the EMS addresses the pain points of universities to conduct hassle free examinations from delivering question papers in a secured network to digital evaluation of hand written answer scripts to result declaration to authentication of certificates issued by the university in a cost effective manner. On the other hand the Finishing School, called GradFirst builds a bridge from "Campus to Careers" in the form of blended learning environment imparting actionable knowledge that are industry oriented. As a strategist, innovator and inspirational speaker he is at ease with conceptualizing innovative business models, collaboration and productivity leading to purposeful corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
Suresh has vast knowledge in business process and legal system and believes its practices are a key concern to technology based businesses such as negotiation and preparation of patent licenses, software licenses, IT development/ Outsourcing agreements, network implementation agreements, co-development agreements, intellectual property transfers and research agreements.
Suresh is a technologist, strategist, administrator, mentor and a writer. He has a unique capability of being a technologist as well as a creative person; seamlessly coupled to provide innovative technology solutions that will have both scientifically developed URS and "wish list" of end users. He works closely with many Indian universities advising them of the latest technology on virtual education, examination automation and finishing schools and is at ease with students, faculty and administrators. Suresh is a prolific writer and has written on a variety of topics including technology, business, leadership, self empowerment, and other motivational topics. He is an excellent communicator and can create an instant communication channel with the audience by his simple yet powerful language coupled with humor.

EL CHITRA, Director & Chief Administrative Officer
EL Chitra holds an MBA degree in Human Resource and has been involved in the operational matters of the organization from the beginning. She handles the Administration and Human Resources with her unique style of taking things as and when they come. She also handles the Corporate Social Responsibility wing of the company aptly named the Lantern which handles projects like Rural Knowledge Networking. She is credited with the design and development of HR processes and is responsible for the company achieving ISO 9001:2008. She is the person behind the people processes within the organization as well as initiatives like Mindlogicxians Club, Vivekananda Hall, Mind Café, play area and the prestigious CEO Club.
All major employee initiatives like unique benefit policies, the proposing and implementation of the employee handbook have been the result of her direction. Regular interaction with the employees and feeling the pulse of the staff are her interests as she believes that regular interaction leads to positive HR policies which in turn lead to a healthy atmosphere. One of the many feathers in her cap is the Green IT campaign that led to the planting of 200 saplings within the Mindlogicx campus and also the implementation of green policies within the organization.
KS RAO, Director
Mr.Rao is a senior member in the board and brings with him more than forty years of professional experience to the board as an advisor and strategist while handling large government accounts. He is an Engineer by profession and has been a consultant to many large corporate in management and process areas. He is closely associated with many government agencies in Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh and Goa and is involved in negotiating some large contracts with them.
He brings tangible value to the company by way of critical inputs, strategic ideas and right moves while handling government assignments.
N SOMASUNDARAM, Chief Technology Officer
Somasundaram is a lead software architect of Mindlogicx Infotech with more than ten years of experience in Software Architecture and Engineering. He plays a key role in leading the technical team for product development activities and leads the Software Engineering Process Group of the company. He holds an M.C.A in Software Engineering from Madurai Kamaraj University and B.Sc in physics from Bharathidasan University, TN, India with over a decade of experience in team building and application development. In addition to his experience in consulting with entrepreneurial organizations on how to leverage technology, he has good working knowledge in quality systems like ISO 9001:2008, BS 7799 and CMMi.
He has specialized in the implementation of Client/Server, database and/or Internet based systems using Visual Studio .NET suite. He has developed systems for tele-education, e-Governance, enterprise management, video conferencing, business intelligence and train disaster management systems. His areas of expertise include C#, VB .NET, ADO .NET, GDI+, Windows Forms, Web Services and ASP .NET, SQL server and Oracle. Before moving over to the .NET platform, he had worked with Visual C++, MFC, Visual Basic and COM. He is an accomplished results driven executive with extensive experience in enterprise systems architecture, data driven architecture, Service Oriented design and development, risk assessment, systems security, operations management, and rollout of new technologies.
He is presently doing his Doctoral Research on learning theory and digital learning environment from a leading University.

PRAVEEN DESHPANDE, Sr.VP Technology Services & Delivery
Praveen Deshpande heads the Sales & Marketing as well as the Technology Services Delivery divisions of Mindlogicx. He has over a decade of experience in acquiring and handling large projects in tele-education, e-learning and online training domains. Before joining Mindlogicx, he has worked for prestigious organizations of international repute.
As head of marketing and technology services delivery, Praveen develops product and services strategies and closely interacts with clients for feedback and enhancement of product portfolios. He is driving key initiatives in the company’s business and has contributed tremendously in the incremented business opportunities. He is also responsible for setting efficient systems and processes to deliver IT projects established by Mindlogicx and achieve higher customer satisfaction.
Praveen holds a B.Tech degree from R.E.C Warangal and a post graduate degree in Business Management from Institute of Chartered Financial Analyst of India.
He is mainly responsible for managing top line and bottom line for the company pan India. His is adept in developing business strategies and implementation in terms of account penetration, territory management, strategic solutions and alliances. His other strengths lie in developing partner’s network and value business partners across the country to ensure market leadership for the company.
Praveen’s role is tasked with positioning the product portfolio in the Indian market for successful sales growth and market penetration by developing and executing integrated marketing programs.
In addition, Praveen’s portfolio also includes the implementation and support of the products and services. Along with his team, he ensures customers are satisfied and the services function effectively.
Praveen has a keen insight in the higher education domain and is able to influence the enthusiasm and willingness of customers, thus helping increase sales. He understands the client’s needs and has been a key to the success and business growth at Mindlogicx.
P S SRIJITH, Associate Vice President - Operations
Srijith is among the young and promising executives who shared the vision of the company from the day of its inception. He has worked diligently over the years to strengthen the organization and its operations.
Srijith effectively leads and manages the company operations to ensure that service delivery requirements are met through business process improvements, business planning, performance management and effective implementation of corporate strategy. He leads Mindlogicx in its growth by being actively involved in acquiring new clients, handling existing customers and providing direction along with managing day to day operations.
He is responsible for ensuring company consistently meets its corporate goals and strategies through delivering exceptional service to all stakeholders and continuously building value and securing business growth. Srijith takes ownership of overall administration and coordination of various functions.
Srijith is involved in budgeting, financial planning and monitoring for Mindlogicx. He sets direction for operations management policies and processes and also provides inputs, participates, drives and implements corporate strategic initiatives.
Srijith is exceptionally good at building confidence and trust among the employees for smooth operations and achieving targets. He helps create fun and frolic at the work place to maintain the efficiency level, to boost the morale of the employees, to assist the Management in start-up of new projects, to advise the management to explore on the new business opportunities, to contribute to the development of short and long terms strategies business goals.
Srijith provides overall direction and guidance to the operational activities of the organization with the objective of maximizing growth and profitability as well as day-to-day leadership and management to all company operations functions.

  Effectively monitoring the performance of the Operations department ensuring quality customer service and compliance
 
Directing the implementation and management of all operational service standards, policies and procedures. He also suggests improvements to management
 
Investigates researches and resolves most complex or escalated customer service issues. Works with clearinghouse firm to resolve account and/or financial representative issues
 
Directs staff and is accountable for personnel actions including hiring, performance and salary reviews, disciplinary action and termination
Provides direction and guidance to associates and coordinates training, both on-the-job and formal training opportunities
Srijith has tremendous knowledge of regulatory processes along with an extensive network of contacts to efficiently obtain all necessary approvals. He conceptualized, developed and implemented strategic Business Operations Plan to efficiently and cost-effectively provide service for the Vedas platform. He negotiated acquisition of facilities and coordinated the installation of new office systems, furniture and equipment at the project location. He has also administered staffing budget, hired employees and provided training to project office personnel, growing staff from employee to, competent professionals, including managers, He has the ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet deadlines. Srijith is multi lingual with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
ANUJA SINGH, Vice President - Compliance
Anuja Singh is the Compliance Officer for Mindlogicx Infotech Limited and she also heads the Knowledge Resource Center of the company.
As Head KRC, Anuja overseas the Knowledge Resources Group, the Research and Analysis wing and the Academic bench. As the compliance officer, she takes responsibility of quality for the entire organization, including quality assurance and process management.
Anuja maintains the in-house document repository system by updating the knowledge resources regularly. Her responsibilities include managing Knowledge Resource Centre (KRC) operations for Mindlogicx, responsible for providing Market Research and Business Intelligence based inputs for Virtual Education Delivery and Assessment System (VEDAS) platform and also manages the internal knowledge repository of the company. She conducts regular audit on departmental functions and ensures processes are implemented as per prescribed standards.
Anuja manages multiple teams working on multiple products in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. She also interacts with members of departments at different levels within the management. Her entire career of KRC Head and Quality Assurance has been of "Total Quality Management". For her, quality management is not just setting benchmarks & standards. She ensures that her team understands the need for quality assurance and how a poor deliverable finally affects the organization.
Knowledge Resource handling also implies the creation, distribution, and use of knowledge. She provides guidance, insight and feedback to the entire organization. In order to do the same effectively, Anuja effectively plans, organizes and coordinates a mix of knowledge, information, data, and people or knowledge workers who own the expertise, develop strategies, policies and practices that optimize the knowledge resources. She maintains the information and manages at what points in the information lifecycle information should be accessible to different audiences.
Quality is a passion for Anuja. It has been her goal from the start of her career to be able to make a difference to the organization that she joins through quality and adherence to process. Quality according to her is perfection. Robert Frost’s “Two roads diverged in a wood, and I took the one less traveled by, and that has made all the difference” is how she would express her moving through developing mainframe / java code to testing three tier architecture to project management of large projects and finally to Quality and Knowledge Management.
Training and development of the employees is another area of interest for Anuja. She conducts soft skills trainings for employees within the organization and skill building programs for the employees.
Before joining Mindlogicx Infotech, Anuja was working for Infosys Technologies Limited, Evolving System, and NIIT Technologies where she had responsibility for Software Quality, Design, Development, Testing and Product R & D. Anuja holds an MCA from Birla Institute of Technology, Mersa.
 
RAGHAV NARAYAN, National Head - Sales
Raghav Narayan is from Bangalore, an Engineer by profession, has over 20 years of experience in the field of Senior Management, Sales & Marketing. He has worked in India and abroad in various industry verticals.
After completing his engineering in 1990 from Bangalore University, he started his career as Sales Engineer with Gajra Bevel Gears. Then joined Larsen & Toubro Ltd as application specialist in the year 1993 and grew to head All India Stockists Operations for Industrial Valves Division. Was associated with L & T for over 8 years in different capacities at various locations in India.
In 2001, he got associated with NIIT as a franchisee partner and established an IT training center in Bangalore under a project promoted by Govt. of Karnataka. The center was acknowledged as one of the 3 best training centers across Karnataka.
When an opportunity came to head an IT software solutions and training company in Uganda, East Africa in the year 2005, he took it as a challenge and sailed to Africa for an adventurous experience. In a span of 5 years, he transformed this company as one of the premier IT Company in the country with many successfully completed projects. It is here where he gained lot of experience on many mission critical applications being implemented across the countries.
After an eventful and memorable stay in Africa, he returned back to Bangalore in May 2010 to join MindLogicx as National Head Sales.
Over these 20 years of cross-functional experience, he has developed in depth business potential analyzing, conceptualizing and implementing strategies towards creating a successful organization.
He is very much interested in sports, movies and likes classical music.
A.L.MURALI KRISHNA, AGM Finance
Murali is from Bangalore, Finance professional having more than 18 years of experience in the field of Finance, Accounts, Taxation and Management. He has worked in large group companies in India and Abroad with different Industry background.
Studied in Bangalore and qualified as B.Com and ICWA Inter during 1993.He started his career with Sathya Srinivas and Company, Chartered Accountants as articled clerk for three years and then joined Pharmed Medicare P Ltd, a pharmaceutical manufacturing company as an Accounts Officer and worked for nearly one year. Further Joined HRB Group of Companies as Manager-Accounts and Finance for liquor division. HRB is a large group of Companies who owns Liquor manufacturing, Real Estate, Exports, Software business across the Country. After successfully working for 6 years the management of HRB recognized his performance and recommended him to Join Holiday Group of Companies at Dubai as General Manager-Finance. He worked there for 4 years and gained tremendous support from Management to implement his thoughts and ideas. He was instrumental in starting three new line of businesses namely Radio station, Telecom and Tyre retreading Factory for the Company. He had to forcibly return back to India during September 2006 when his wife got a deserving Job at Bosch in Bangalore.
On his return to India he joined Cordea Nichani a Private Equity Fund Management Company as Manager-Finance. His Company successfully launched 200 million USD private equity fund and he worked closely with Chairman in setting up companies at Mauritius, creating Fund structure, formulating Business Plans, worked closely with lawyers in framing International Fund Agreements, guidance on RBI and Statutory compliances etc., He worked there for 3 years and joined Mindlogicx.
Joined Mindlogicx as AGM-Finance on 27th March 2010. He heads the Finance team of three persons and reports to CEO. He takes care of all day to day Banking activities, MIS reports, Preparation of Business Plans, Budgets, works with Investors and Financial Institutions in fund raising, takes care of Billing activities, Statutory matters, helps Sales Team in Project Costing.
AMRITHA ARVIND, AGM - HR
Amritha brings with her 15+ years of experience, an individual with a comprehensive and strategic understanding of HRM, business issues and organizational change. Her work experience spans across the Armed Forces, Vendor Compliance Auditing and Human Resources. She is able to devise and implement coherent HR strategies whilst improving internal processes and procedures within a demanding environment, project deadlines and budgets.
A post graduate in Human Resources from an institute of repute, she started her career with the Armed Forces and thereafter held major assignments with organizations in sectors like Manufacturing, Infrastructure, ITES, Real Estates and Health Care.
She has been instrumental in setting up HR functions and ensuring smooth functioning of the department in the last two assignments. She has also been part of start up assignments. She has held positions of increasing responsibility. Identifying Leadership, culture building and change management are her forte.
Amritha is responsible for attracting, developing, and retaining talent and organizational development. She likes to inculcate a sense of belongingness and pride among all, enhance productivity and efficiency.
Coming from the Armed Forces background, she is highly disciplined and organized in life. She is actively involved with various HR groups and forums to constantly build on her professional self.
Beyond the office, Amritha is passionate about long drives, swimming, adventure sports and spending time with the underprivileged.
ARUN D, Senior Manager - Mindlabs
Arun is a Senior Systems Administrator and has been with Mindlogicx for over two years. He is actively involved in managing the information security and system administration within Mindlogicx.
With an Engineering graduation and a CCNA certification, Arun brings with him a wealth of knowledge and implementation experience in the setting up and maintenance of large and varied infrastructural resources. Being a part of system administration function, he defines and delivers the processes and procedures required to administrate a computing environment on a day to day basis. He is responsible for providing day to day administrative services in support of the production computing environment. This entails managing and providing operational support for various elements within the environment, such as network accounts and network resources. His function may also lend assistance to, or work in concert with, other service management functions by providing basic monitoring services.
Arun manages the IT infrastructure group as well as the global supp ort group effortlessly. He also ensures the enforcement of the security policy across the organization.
N. RAJARAMAN, Manager - HR
N.Rajaraman holds MBA in Human Resources from University of Madras. He has cumulative experience of twelve years in human resource management. His job profile at Mindlogicx includes human resource management, recruitment, employee development and appraisals. He possesses rich experience in staffing, formulating & evolving organizational policies, training & development, performance management and employee development.
Prior to joining Mindlogicx he has worked with management consulting firms and corporate of global repute and helped them design HR Systems and successfully introduced balanced scorecard systems.
S. GANAPATHY SANKAR, Project Manager
Ganapathy is responsible for project management at Mindlogicx. He brings with him over six years of experience in core project management and customer support.
He is responsible for implementation, execution and management of products. He has experience in implementing e-learning and assessment solutions to leading corporate and educational institutions across the country.
He holds a B.E degree in Mechanical engineering from M.K. University and an M.S. in IT& E-Commerce. Prior to Mindlogicx, he has worked with established companies providing e-learning and assessment solutions.
PRAVEEN CHANDRAN V, Manager – Pre Sales
Praveen Chandran is responsible for the Pre–Sales function at Mindlogicx. He brings with him more than nine years of experience in implementation of software products.
He works closely with the sales team and assists the company to enhance the overall revenue generation. His main job functions include handling product presentations, requirement analysis and proposals for strategic alliances. He acts as an interface between the technical team and customer to deliver the right solution.
He holds a post gradate degree in Computer application and has vast experience in implementation of large e-learning projects.
Prior to Mindlogicx, he worked with established e-learning companies. During his tenure at these companies, he has successfully implemented e-learning solutions for different vertical of customer.
