The question paper is stored in encrypted format on the cloud and is delivered just-in-time on the device and is user authentication based.

What is the security measure for question paper printing?

The question paper printing is geo-fenced device and based on user and device level authentication. The admin can access the question paper only from the registered mobile device on which the OTP will be sent.

While giving subjective (pen & paper-based) or objective (MCQ) exam, if a candidate is logged out in the middle of the exam?

If the candidate logs out for any reason while the exam is going on, he/she can login back any time before the exam end time and resume from where it was left.

Will the candidate be auto-logged out after exam is over?

Yes, after the exam is over the candidate will be auto-logged out.

Can a faculty draft question paper from anywhere?

Depending on the security setting, a faculty will be able to draft the question paper from the institute or anywhere.

Whom should I contact if IntelliEXAMS® app becomes non-responsive during the exam?

Since, IntelliEXAMS® is a cloud-based application so it won’t ever become non-responsive but still if it ever does then you can raise a ticket online about it. While if the app hangs, the candidate can restart the app; still if the issue persists, the candidate can use an alternate device. Once the exam is over, you can raise a ticket for the same.

Which modes of payment are supported for financial transactions like fees payment?

The common payment modes supported by IntelliEXAMS® are net-banking, credit card, and debit card.

Can all stakeholders self-register in IntelliEXAMS® app?

No, only users authorized by admin or natively identified users from the existing identity management system of the institute can login to IntelliEXAMS®. The login will be SSO-based.

What notifications will a parent receive?

A parent will receive notification related to fees, candidate’s home assignment, upcoming assessment, and result been uploaded in the IntelliEXAMS® app.

Can a parent be disabled?

Yes, the parent role can be disabled from the IntelliEXAMS® configurations.

Can performance analysis and other dashboards be customized in IntelliEXAMS®?

Yes, we can provide customized dashboard but it comes with a onetime expense.

IntelliEXAMS® mobile app for Android needs minimum of 40 MB and iOS needs minimum of 101 MB.

Is internet connectivity required for using IntelliEXAMS® app?

Yes, to use IntelliEXAMS® internet connectivity is needed. During the exam if internet goes off, the data will be stored on the device and synced once the internet is back. While for rest other activities you need a continuous data to carry out your activities.
